It does make the most of our time during the consultation and enables me to gather the information I need in a more efficient way, but it doesn't necessarily need to be set in stone. I will work with you to help you narrow it down if needed.

The best time to book is 6-9 months in advance, especially for honeymoons and other important trips. If you're willing to be somewhat flexible we can often do things in a shorter timeline as well.

Your planning and design fee is an investment in reclaiming your time and guaranteeing a stress-free, custom-designed journey. It ensures VIP-level service and exclusive access. It also provides the time to design a personalized trip completely customized for you. The investment is covered during the complimentary consultation and I will typically craft your proposal and itinerary with a price quote for your trip within 1-2 weeks.
While I specialize in certain regions and am constantly exploring new areas to add to my expertise, I will do my best to accommodate your wishes. If I do not feel a particular destination is within my scope or experience I have no issue referring you to a trusted colleague who is an expert in that area. I will ultimately do what is in the best interest of my client.
Your consultation is a casual, 30 minute Zoom visit where we'll talk about your travel preferences and what you've envisioned for your trip.
